We welcome everyone who needs our services, including older adults, athletes who are highly exposed to injuries and other conditions, and children from the age of three for postural correction while they are growing.
Patients generally come to us with a prescription from their physician. Patients without a prescription can also ask us to perform a biomechanical assessment.
We will then advise you and refer you to a physician if we believe you need a prescription for orthoses.

Supporting our patients is very important to us. We want to guide you from the moment you walk through our door through your recovery.
In addition to providing the orthoses you need, we advise you on suitable exercises you can do at home to support your recovery. We also explain how to care for your orthoses so they remain in excellent condition for as long as possible.
We provide practical administrative assistance
Following an illness or accident, we also help you complete administrative documents for the CNESST, SAAQ and RAMQ, as well as insurance files, to help you exercise your rights.
We help you exercise your rights so that solutions prescribed by a physician can receive the best possible reimbursement. Our many years of experience with these procedures allow us to assist you and save you time. We regularly review changes to these programs.
We provide free follow-up for the following year
We believe it is essential to support our patients during their recovery and afterward.
The Laboratoire Orthopédique’s after-sales service provides one year of free follow-up while you adjust to your new orthoses. We also offer personalized adaptation services.
